Nick has been pivotal in transforming Brampton Manor Academy into a healthier environment, especially regarding food. The school earned the Healthy Schools Silver Award by demonstrating how healthy eating enhances mood and activity levels, and by identifying students with poor eating habits and improving their cooking skills. Students have also worked with caterers to influence the school menu. This focus on healthy food has impacted not only the students but also their families and the local community. Nick now aspires to achieve the prestigious Healthy Schools Gold Award.
