3. Utilisation Guidance: Practical advice on how to effectively use benefits, including navigating the claims process, accessing support services, and understanding how benefits interact.

4. Updates and Changes: Updates on any changes to Pension Credit, State Pension & Attendance Allowance, including policy changes that may affect entitlements.

5. Interactive Q&A: Opportunities for partners to ask questions and get personalised advice from a DWP representative.
