Upcoming Social Welfare Alliance training

The Social Welfare Alliance offers free training for anyone who has regular conversations with residents who have a range of social welfare issues. The online sessions are delivered by expert tutors and cover topics, such as: mental health, immigration, employment, housing, safeguarding and domestic abuse. 

Upcoming training includes: 

  • Financial Wellbeing: Tuesday 21 October, 10:30am-12:00pm
  • Lumi Nova an offer to support young people with their fears and worries: Wednesday 22 October, 10:30am-11:30am
  • Substance Misuse Awareness (Young People): Thursday 23 October, 10:00am-11:30am
  • Domestic Abuse Awareness: Friday 14 November, 10:00am-13:00pm
  • Housing and Homelessness: Friday 28 November, 10:00am-12:00pm
