- Utilisation Guidance: Practical advice on how to effectively use benefits, including navigating the claims process, accessing support services, and understanding how benefits interact.
- Updates and Changes: Updates on any changes to existing benefits or the introduction of new benefits, including policy changes that may affect entitlements.
- Interactive Q&A: Opportunities to ask questions and get personalised advice from DWP representatives.
