Ageing Well Festival 2026

Residents aged 50+ are invited to attend a free community wellbeing event offering a day of activities, health information, entertainment and opportunities to connect with local services and the wider community. 

The event is on Saturday 26 September 2026, 10am to 4pm at East Ham Leisure Centre, 322 Barking Road, E6 2RT.

Residents can expect:

  • Health MOTs 
  • Vaccination clinics 
  • Newham’s Got Talent 
  • Free international food court 
  • Glass painting and embroidery workshops 
  • A range of wellbeing activities, including yoga, dance and exercise sessions 

This event provides a great opportunity to access health and wellbeing support, meet local organisations, try new activities and connect with others in the community.
