Free cook for health workshops

Cook for Health workshops is starting this November at Forest Gate Library. The workshop is organised by TiffinWalli and funded by bay Awards for All.

The 4-week Healthy Eating Workshop is designed to promote healthy eating habits, prevent Type 2 Diabetes, and explore the nutritional benefits of traditional cuisines.

Each 2-hour session focuses on practical ways to improve your diet, manage salt, sugar, and oil intake, and adapt cultural meals to support your health.
